Tree Squirrels - Living with Wildlife. When the public is polled regarding suburban and urban wildlife, tree squirrels generally rank first as problem makers. Residents complain about them nesting in homes and exploiting bird feeders. Interestingly, squirrels almost always rank first among preferred urban/suburban wildlife species. Such is the paradox they present: We want them and we don’t want them, depending on what they are doing at any given moment. Although tree squirrels spend a considerable amount of time on the ground, unlike the related ground squirrels, they are more at home in trees. Washington is home to four species of native tree squirrels and two species of introduced tree squirrels (Table 1). Its upper parts are reddish- or brownish- gray, and its underparts are orange to yellowish. The Douglas squirrel is found in stands of fir, pine, cedar, and other conifers in the Cascade Mountains and western parts of Washington. The red squirrel(Tamiasciurus hudsonicus, Fig. Douglas squirrel and lives in coniferous forests and semi- open woods in northeast Washington. It is rusty- red on the upper part and white or grayish white on its underside. Grey Squirrels have fairly good eyesight. They can see movement especially well. For example when tossing a bit a food toward a grey squirrel the squirrel can be seen. From ancient times the people of Mother Earth have sought visions and messages from the Great Spirit. In the beginning, the Creator communicated with us through our. Facts about Squirrels. Squirrels are small tree animals, with a very cute bushy tail and sharp teeth. They are fast, really intelligent, and always alert! Figure 2. The Western gray squirrel is the largest tree squirrel in Washington. It is found in low- elevation oak and conifer woods in parts of western and central Washington. Washington, ranging from 1. It has gray upper parts, a creamy undercoat, and its tail is long and bushy with white edges. This species is found in low- elevation oak and conifer woods in parts of western and central Washington. The Northern flying squirrel(Glaucomys sabrinus, Fig. WAshington, measuring 1. It is rich brown or dark gray above and creamy below. Its eyes are dark and large, and its tail is wide and flat. These nocturnal gliders are surprisingly common, yet are seldom seen in their forest homes throughout the state. The Eastern gray squirrel(Sciurus carolinensis, Fig. Eastern fox squirrel (Sciurus niger) were introduced in Washington in the early 1. They are now the most common tree squirrels in urban areas. The upper parts of the Eastern gray squirrel are gray with a reddish wash in summer; its underparts are whitish. It’s about 2. 0 inches long, half of which is its prominent, bushy tail. The Eastern fox squirrel measures 2. Its upper parts are usually dark grayish with a reddish cast, and the underparts are orange to deep buff. The fur color of these two introduced squirrels can vary greatly. Some individuals, even whole populations, may be almost entirely black. The increasing number of introduced Eastern gray squirrels is often said to be responsible for the decrease in Douglas squirrels in certain areas. However, given that these squirrels have different food and shelter preferences, it’s likely that increasing housing and other development, and loss of coniferous forests is responsible for any decline in Douglas squirrel populations. Food and Feeding Habits. Tree squirrels feed mostly on plant material, including seeds, nuts, acorns, tree buds, berries, leaves, and twigs. However, they are opportunists and also eat fungi, insects, and occasionally birds’ eggs and nestlings. Hollow trees, stumps, and abandoned animal burrows are used as storage sites; flowerpots, exhaust pipes, and abandoned cars are also used. Nest Sites. Tree squirrels construct nursery nests in hollow trees, abandoned woodpecker cavities, and similar hollows. Where these are unavailable, they will build spherical or cup- shaped nests in trees, attics, and nest boxes. In areas with prolonged periods of cold weather, red squirrels may construct a winter nest underground, often in or near a food storage site. Keep as much wooded property in a natural condition as you can. Include trees and shrubs that provide seeds, nuts, acorns, cones, and fruits at different times of the year. Leave dead or dying trees (snags) alone when possible. These provide nest sites and food- storage sites. Leave some tree or shrub prunings on the ground for squirrels to gnaw on during winter. Install a feeder and a nest box suitable for squirrels or chipmunks (Several flying squirrels will use a duck or owl box for hibernation, and an individual female will use a small box for raising her young.) Be careful when monitoring or cleaning these boxes, because any rodents could carry Hanta virus, which could infect you if dust from dried droppings and urine gets in your eyes, nose, or mouth.
Keep domestic dogs and cats indoors or fenced. Reproduction. Depending on the species, tree squirrels mate from early winter to late spring. One litter of two to four young is produced from March to June. At about 6. 0 days of age, they begin eating solid foods and venture to the ground. Mortality and Longevity. North Korea is making a new accusation against the US and South Korea, claiming that they are behind an assassination plot. CNN's Barbara Starr reports. In trees, squirrels are relatively safe, except for an occasional owl or goshawk. Tree squirrels have many fascinating behaviors, and—except for nocturnal flying squirrels—they are commonly seen. Tree squirrels don’t hibernate, but will remain in their nests in cold or stormy weather, venturing out to find food they stored nearby. Squirrels are most active at dawn and dusk, but sharp eyes aided by a pair of binoculars can spot them moving among the treetops any hour of the day. On hot days, squirrels are less active and remain motionless on branches to enjoy whatever breeze is available. Home ranges for tree squirrels are . For the Eastern gray and Eastern fox squirrels living in city parks and suburban yards, home ranges average half an acre. Flying squirrels can go at least three miles in four hours, soaring from tree to tree. Males are particularly prone to traveling, visiting different females in the spring. As proficient as they are in the air, flying squirrels are awkward on the ground. Cuttings are made because seeds and nuts grow in clusters at the end of fragile, easily broken twigs, and squirrels have found that the easiest way to harvest them is to nip these twigs off the parent branch. The squirrels then climb to the ground, harvest the meal, or carry it off to a storage site. A large pile of cone scales under a tree, called a “midden,” generally indicates Douglas or red squirrels. Nests are located 1. Tracks and Scratch Marks. In urban areas, squirrels travel via rooftops and power lines, lawns, and concrete, leaving no visible trail. Tracks are also seldom visible on the soft forest floor. However in soft snow, the track pattern of a scampering squirrel can be seen as it leads from tree to tree. If you find tracks starting from an open area in the snow, a flying squirrel may have landed and scampered off. The hind legs of squirrels are double jointed to help them run up and down trees and other objects. Their front claws are extremely sharp and help in gripping while climbing and traversing. Scratches may be found where squirrels access buildings via downspouts and painted surfaces. Areas under a feeder or a nest are good places to check. Droppings are segmented, roughly cylindrical, and . Coloration is typically black, but can be brown to red. Calls. The red squirrel and the Douglas squirrel will announce an intruder’s presence with much intensity. This territorial call sounds something like a rapid tsik tsik tsik, chrrrrrrrr—siew siew siew siew. The call of the Eastern gray squirrel— que, que, que, que—is usually accompanied by flicks of the tail. If a baby squirrel is very small and has closed eyes, place the animal in a safe place below the nest tree, or along a trail used by local squirrels. Keep dogs, cats, and children away and stay completely out of sight. Within a couple of hours the mother will pick the baby squirrel up with her teeth and take it back to the nest. If she does not, the mother squirrel may have pushed the baby out for a reason, and it is best to let nature take its course. As an alternative—or if the mother squirrel doesn’t pick up the baby squirrel—call a wildlife rehabilitator for advice. Look under “Animal” or “Wildlife” in your phone book or search the Web for “wildlife rehabilitator.” If a rehabilitator isn’t available, follow the menu options provided on their phone message or on their Web site. See Wildlife Rehabilitators and Wildlife Rehabilitation for more information. A tree squirrel’s search for food may bring it to a bird feeder, back door, or a garden containing bulbs. Its search for a nest site may bring it into an attic or down a chimney. The most effective way to prevent conflicts is to modify the habitat around your home so as not to attract squirrels. To prevent conflicts or remedy existing problems: Don’t feed squirrels. Tree squirrels that are hand- fed may lose their fear of humans and become aggressive when they don’t get food as expected. These semi- tame squirrels also might approach a neighbor who doesn’t share your appreciation of the animals, which would likely result in them dying. Eliminate access into buildings. Repair or replace loose or rotting siding, boards, and shingles. When inspecting a building for potential access points, use a tall ladder to view areas in shadows. A pair of low- power (4x) binoculars can be a helpful inspection tool to use before making a dangerous climb. Inspecting the attic or crawl space during the day may reveal light shining through otherwise unnoticed cracks and holes. Native squirrels chew holes 2 inches in diameter; Eastern gray and fox squirrels chew open baseball size holes. Cover the dryer vent with a commercial vent screen designed to exclude animals without lint clogging. Other vents can be covered with . Some roof- vent caps contain a flimsy, lightweight inner screen that a squirrel can easily penetrate. If the screen has been penetrated, it may be better to replace the whole vent cap with something stronger. Because squirrels are excellent leapers, keep tree and shrub branches 1. To prevent squirrels from climbing a tree to access a building, install one of the barriers shown in Figure 6. Eastern Gray Squirrel - Facts, Diet, Habitat, Behavior and Pictures. What is an Eastern Gray Squirrel? The Eastern Gray Squirrel is a tree dwelling rodent, a very common species of squirrels, mostly found in North America. It is a tree squirrel, which belongs to the genus Scirus, and is native to Midwestern United states. It is often found in woodlands, suburban areas and urban areas. These squirrels are not gray in color; they are actually a mixture of black, browns and whites. They are actually banded with whitish ends, due to which they assume a grayish look. This word is derived from the Greek words skia that means shadow, and oura, that means tail. Therefore the meaning of this name is that the squirrel is sitting in the shadow of its tail. Description. Picture 1 – Eastern Gray Squirrel Picture. Source – statesymbolsusa. The eastern gray squirrel has gray furs and is predominantly found in black and gray color. The black and the gray species are the most commonly found squirrels. Its tail is used to maintain balance while it is dashing between the branches. It may also have a reddish color in some cases. The body of the squirrel is about 2. An adult eastern gray squirrel approximately weighs 4. The grayish fur is tawnier in summer, with whiter tail, whereas, in winter, their furs are mostly behind their ears. They have round footprints, which are just about an inch long, but their hind prints are 2. The color of their fur may change with seasons. The most attractive feature of the squirrel is its large and bushy tail. This tail has some very important functions to perform. It is like a rudder that helps the squirrel in its long jumps, a warm winter covering and finally also acting as a distraction to the predators. Habitat. The Eastern Gray Squirrel is the largest of all tree squirrels that is found in eastern Canada. Since they are predominantly nut- eating species, they are found in the vast tracts of Oak and Hickory forests in North America. These forests are the habitat of these squirrels since they contain dense vegetation which is a source of food for these squirrels. Eastern Gray Squirrels construct their dens on the bare branches and hollow branches of trees. They also use the abandoned nests of other birds for shelter. The dens of the squirrels are lined with mosses, dried plants and thistledown, which help in the insulation of the den and reduces heat loss. The den also requires a cover, which these squirrels generally build it afterwards. These squirrels are also found in parks and backyards of the houses in the urban setting. This squirrel has been introduced in Great Britain and South Africa. The squirrels spend their maximum time in the trees, and moves about in the tress with great agility. Picture 2 – Eastern Gray Squirrel Habitat Image. Source – animaldiversity. Nest. The eastern gray squirrels build a nest, which is called the drey. This nest is built in the fork of the trees. Squirrels also build their nest in the exterior walls of house. They may also take permanent shelter in a tree den. Behavior. The Eastern gray squirrels are very similar in behavior to the other rodents. They are alert, aggressive and inquisitive rodents, which are very fast at moving and jumping through the tree tops. They are a scatter- hoarder like other rodents, since they hoard huge quantities of food for future. The squirrels can make several thousand caches per season. They have a very spatial memory, since they need to decide the location of these caches, and also make landmarks to retrieve them. They are the busiest at afternoon and dawn. They do not require hibernation; therefore do not hibernate at all. Reproduction. There are two breeding seasons for the Eastern gray squirrels in a year. One season starts from December to February, and the second is sometime around May to late June. The female squirrels are not capable of breeding in their first year of birth. The Eastern Squirrel gestation period is for about 4. After this gestation period, the squirrels produce approximately 2 to 6 young, naked and pink babies. The number may even be increased to 8. They are completely furred with bushy tail. The gray squirrels run about the trees during their courtship ritual. While in captivity, they can live for 2. Diet. The eastern gray Squirrels feed on tree bark, seeds, walnuts, acorns, and the other kind of nuts, and the various fungi that are found in the forest region. They are an opportunist in searching for food, and therefore can adapt to a wide variety of habitats. They have different diet plans for various seasons, since they look for the availability of different food in different seasons. They feed on buds of hardwood trees in spring, winged seeds of maple in summer, along with some other berries and other wild fruits. During autumn, their diet comprises mostly of hard nuts, bitternuts, hickory nuts, beechnuts, pine seeds and butternuts. They are industrious hoarders in this point of the year. Squirrels have a very good sense of smell, due to which they can find the berries that are buried in the ground. They use the bird’s feeders to find their food during winter. Not only nuts, are squirrels also fond of eating insects, young birds and caterpillars. But they prey on these birds and insects in very rare occasions, when food is scarce. Some researchers say that it can live for up to 2. An average squirrel has an average life expectancy of three years. Distribution. The eastern gray squirrel is generally found in Western North America, in Canada< in Alberta, in the United States, California, Oregon, San Francisco, Santa Clara, San Mateo. It is one of the most common squirrels in the suburban areas, in North America and California. It is an invasive species since it has a very small size. It inhabits the regions of United States, Southern Canada, Texas, Florida, Ireland and Australia. It also spreads in regions across England, and parts of southern Scotland. It is also an established species in many parts of southern Scotland and mainland Britain. They have also been introduced in parts of European Union. They are being thought to displace the common red squirrels from some regions where they earlier existed, and are soon replacing it. Picture 3 – Eastern Gray Squirrel Image. Source – discoverlife. Predators. The Eastern Gray Squirrel has very few natural predators. The most important predator for these animals is Red fox, Hawks, Raccoons and Snakes. Since they have few natural predators, there has been a rapid increase in its population. The Fox squirrel is on of the predators of this animal. Adaptations. One of the most important adaptations of the gray squirrel is its ability to leap trees, and its ability to get away from the predators. It can also get if food easily. It has sharp claws, with the help of which, it can easily climb trees and grasp things. It has sharp teeth, which helps it to crack open the nuts. It scampers up the tree. Diseases. The eastern gray squirrel is a host to many diseases and parasite attack. The squirrel can have numerous cysts on its body due to the Botfly larvae. Lice, worms and ticks also affect these squirrels. Fibrmatosis is a disease which is caused due to a virus, and this causes a lot of large skin tumors on the body of the squirrel. If the tumor is formed around the mouth or around the eyes, the squirrel may lose his eyesight or may even succumb due to starvation. History. The eastern gray squirrels have a long history; they can be dated back in the past, when the images of these squirrels were found carved in the temper pipes that were made by the Hopewell culture. In the 1. 80. 7, the large population of these squirrels caused a whole lot of destruction in Ohio, due to which the people were forced to hunt for them. It has now urbanized itself as well. Raise your hand if you’d like a flatter stomach? Okay, everyone put your hands down. Oz’s Rapid Belly Melt plan could help you fry stubborn belly fat and make.Does Forskolin Actually Work? An Evidence- Based Review. Losing weight can be extremely difficult. Studies show that only 1. Those who fail are more likely to seek solutions like dietary supplements and herbal medicines. One of them is called forskolin, a natural plant compound claimed to be an impressive weight loss supplement. This article takes a detailed look at forskolin and the science behind it. What is Forskolin? Forskolin is an active compound found in the roots of the Indian coleus (Coleus forskohlii), a tropical plant related to mint. For centuries, this plant has been used in traditional herbal medicine to treat various conditions and diseases (2). Modern scientific research has now shown that some of these health benefits may be true, or at least plausible. As a weight- loss supplement, forskolin gained popularity in the US after being featured on the Dr. Oz Show in January 2. Bottom Line: Forskolin is an active compound found in the roots of the Indian coleus. It is sold as a weight- loss supplement. How Does Forskolin Help With Weight Loss? Many studies have investigated the effects of forskolin on fat metabolism. Most of them are test- tube experiments or animal studies, so the result may not be applicable to humans. Put simply, forskolin stimulates the release of stored fat from fat cells (3, 4, 5). The same thing happens whenever the body needs to use body fat for energy. On its own, the release of stored fat is not enough to promote weight loss – it needs to be accompanied by a calorie deficit. In other words, for weight loss to happen, energy expenditure (calories out) must exceed energy intake (calories in). Weight loss supplements can support a calorie deficit by: Suppressing appetite. What is coleus forskohlii extract and does forskolin really work for weight loss? Read our full detailed reviews on Dr Oz pure forskolin extract to find out. Foreskolin Selling Out On The Web After segment on Dr Oz Show Have you heard of the Foreskolin diet pills? You must have if you watch the Dr Oz show. Reducing efficiency of digestion. Increasing metabolic rate (fat burning). As far as we know, forskolin does not cause any of these things to happen. However, clinical trials in humans have provided some promising results. It appears that forskolin may promote fat loss while preserving muscle mass (6). These effects are discussed in the next chapter. Bottom Line: Forskolin stimulates the release of stored fat from fat cells, an effect that does not necessarily cause weight loss. Does Forskolin Actually Help You Lose Weight? So far, only two small studies have investigated the effects of forskolin on weight loss in humans (6, 7).
Both of them were randomized controlled trials, the gold standard of scientific research in humans. Testosterone can stimulate the release of fat from fat cells, which may partly explain the fat loss observed in the study (8). A rise in testosterone can also promote an increase in muscle mass (8). In fact, there was a trend towards an increase in lean body mass in the forskolin group, but it was not statistically significant. In the other study, 2. Coleus forskohlii (5. In contrast to the previous study, forskolin supplementation did not have any significant effects on fat loss, but the results suggested that forskolin may protect against weight gain (7). In conclusion, 1. All that being said, the current evidence is not strong enough to make any recommendations. More research is needed. Bottom Line: Two studies have investigated the effect of forskolin on weight loss. In one of them, supplementation caused significant fat loss, but body weight remained constant. Other Health Benefits of Forskolin Supplements. The Indian coleus plant (which contains Forskolin) has been a part of traditional herbal medicine for centuries. It has been used to treat conditions such as heart disease, asthma, bronchitis and constipation (2). In humans, forskolin supplements may also: Widen the air passages in the lungs, helping to relieve asthma (9). Increase bone mineral density, lowering the risk of osteoporosis (6). Stimulate testosterone formation, promoting the maintenance of muscle mass (6). There are also studies in test tubes or laboratory animals indicating other benefits. Bottom Line: Forskolin has been a part of traditional herbal medicine for ages. Limited evidence suggests that it may help alleviate asthma, increase bone density and stimulate testosterone formation. Dosage and Side Effects. The typical dosage of forskolin is 1. Coleus forskohlii (1. Forskolin does not appear to have any adverse effects in humans, but its safety profile has not been fully evaluated (6, 7). Should You Try Forskolin? Based on the current evidence, it is clear that forskolin does not cause weight loss. However, one study in men indicates that it may raise testosterone levels and improve body composition, as in making you lose fat while increasing muscle mass. At this point, the evidence is way too limited to reach any meaningful conclusions. As a general rule, it is a good idea to be skeptical of all weight loss supplements. Some of them show promise in early studies, only to be proven completely ineffective in larger, higher quality studies. Don't give up when your weight loss plateaus. You can't get discouraged. Be realistic about which habits need to go. A diet so heavy in fried food and carbs just isn't conducive to weight loss. To lose the weight, I went from three large meals a day to six small meals, mostly made of fresh vegetable salads with lean meats and nuts. Find a healthy meal you like and eat it all the time. I ate that for most lunches and dinners — and I was so focused on achieving my goals that it didn't even feel repetitive. Start with one small change. After just one successful week, I decided to add another challenge: to cut back on the carbs I was eating. When I did eat bread, I switched to wheat bread and when I wanted rice, I used brown rice. Make your old favorites healthier. Prepare for heavy meals. Switch out bad snacks for good snacks. My new snacks include protein bars or shakes, pistachios, celery sticks with PB2 (a lower- fat peanut butter), and low- fat string cheese. For instance, while I used to eat tacos, burgers, fries, and shakes, I now have salads without croutons and ask for a low- fat dressing on the side. I eat green beans, carrots, celery, low- fat cottage cheese, string cheese, pistachios, olives, low- fat yogurt, grapes, and tangerines. And I usually don't feel hungry. Double down on veggies if you're unsatisfied after eating a snack or meal. Pack snacks for late nights at work. Don't stock foods that tempt you. This way, I have to go out and buy a single- serving ice cream cone when I want to indulge. Even then, it's just one helping, and then I'm done. Move during your lunch break. Stash snacks everywhere. This way, I fend off hunger so I don't overeat later. Split restaurant meals with a friend. If I don't have a person to split a meal with, I immediately put half of the portion I'm served into a takeout box, and vow not to pick at it for at least two days. Lift weights to lose weight. After about four months of training, I was able to squat holding 3. I weighed when I began my weight loss journey. Move even on rest days. Take responsibility for unhealthy habits. At least once a week, I would stop at a bagel place on my way to school and order a bagel with cream cheese, and a Taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich on a hard roll, and a sausage, egg, and cheese on another bagel — I'd even buy three drinks so the staff would think I was picking up breakfast for three people. Then eat all three sandwiches in my car. I called it an addiction, but that was just an excuse. Don't use exercise as an excuse to eat poorly. I immediately cut out all the unhealthy foods I was eating so I wouldn't use my fitness program as a license to continue to eat poorly under the guise of . Leptin, or adipokine as referenced earlier, is a primary hormone responsible for managing the balance within our bodies. With regards to weight loss, it deals with two main issues: Control over fat storage – This substance can control which nutrients will be turned into and stored as fat, and which will be directly used as an energy source. Suppression of appetite – Leptin acts as a mediator for a long- term energy regulation, responsible for suppressing your cravings and desires for snacks. For those suffering from obesity, this hormone will usually be in short supply. Although there are supplements for artificial Leptin on the market, these are not that effective. Pay attention: Rather, your organism has to be coaxed to produce required levels of this hormone on its own. It all comes down to living your life according to these five core and simple rules to turn Leptin from your worst enemy to your best friend. Basic Rules of Leptin Diet. Rule #1 – Never Eat After Dinner. Please note: Eat 3 hours before going to sleep at the minimum! Do you love to eat midnight snacks? Is a second dinner your best way to relax or even de- stress? If so, then you are not going to like what I am going to tell you. Eating after dinner, especially as the night gets later and later is an excellent way to keep fat on and minimizing the effect of any diet and exercise. The later we eat, the greater the chance that almost every eaten calorie will be stored as your body fat. This is often caused by Leptin that is working the least as your organism prepares for sleep. Keep in mind: By limiting what you eat at night to just the bare minimum (or nothing at least three hours before you go to sleep), you give yourself the greatest boost in weight loss process. Rule #2 – Eat 3 Meals a Day. Please note: Maintain 3- 6 hours between 3 main meals without snacking! Think about how much do you snack. Now, treat each time you snack as a meal. Don’t worry, most people are. The truth is that snacking, and eating small things in between breakfast, lunch, and dinner is one of the main reasons why we lose track of what we consume. Therefore, do yourself a favor and eat only three times a day. What is more, certain foods and beverages decrease your Leptin levels such as diet sodas and coffees. Pay attention: People most often think they are hungry while in fact they are thirsty. Just be sure to drink plenty of water throughout your day. Rule #3 – Do Not Eat Large Meals. Pay attention: Eat smaller portions slowly. If your daily menu consists only of three meals, then the next thing that you may run into is the fact that you are overcompensating your usual eating habits with large dishes. This will often do more harm than good as your body is receiving way too much energy at once. Also, your production of Leptin will mess up if you eat large portions. Pay attention: This behavior can lead to increased resistance and longer time before you feel full and satiated. This is known as a trapping of obesity – a common problem that many people fall into. Rule #4 – Have a Protein- Rich Breakfast. Pay attention: Eat around 2. It is odd that for most of us, dinner is our biggest meal. If you want to help create Leptin hormone inside your body and reduce your hunger, you should be focusing on breakfast instead. It is crucial for your metabolism that you eat after waking up, as it will have long- term benefits throughout the rest of your day. That is why protein is great in the morning. Read more about this topic here: Top 2. High Protein Foods That Will Banish Your Hunger. Keep in mind: It helps to wake up your organism and prepares it to process ingested food for the rest of the day. After scientific findings have backed this knowledge, there has been an increasing push to make breakfast even more important! Rule #5 – Reduce Intake of Carbohydrates. Pay attention: Do not cut out carbs completely, but their reduction is necessary. The last rule on this list is to reduce the number of carbohydrates you consume. Just face it, carbs are tasty, but they taste good for a reason. Our bodies are designed to pick them as a survival mechanism. In the past, we needed to gain fat reserves to survive, so carbs were the very best opportunity to do so, and we love to eat them. If you need to stop cravings for sugar, check out this highly popular guide: 1. Effective Tips to Stop Sugar Cravings.
